Let's Beat Covid-19 - How to bounce back!
The past 12 months have been the most testing of times for all people, regardless of background and circumstances. We have had to rebalance many life challenges such as; managing family, work, Faith, leisure, education and much more, under the shadow of the Coronavirus.
Whatever the circumstances, there is an opportunity for us to come together and share our experiences through discussion and mediation to develop healing, comfort, a positive outlook for the future and find solutions to share with others in our community.
A series of FREE online sessions will take place, starting on Wednesday 24th February, from 7.00pm to 8.00pm and will run for up to 10 weeks.
Sessions will be led Community Champion Susan Whitehead from ‘Mindful You’ who is an experienced practitioner in bespoke meditation, health and well-being programmes;
